European Oak commonly known as French Oak, is a species of tree in the beech and oak family predominantly imported from France. Colours range from cream to pale brown, with some light tones of pink. It has generally straight grain pattern, slight coarseness, and unevenness in texture. Tight knots in the grain are prominent decorative feature.
